Every piece is hand-finished to order — nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Artwork is produced in our Taiwan studio, batched and shipped to our New Jersey base every two weeks, then packed and sent on to you. From order to doorstep, plan for roughly 2–4 weeks.

• Ships from Taiwan — 3–4 weeks (our current default).
• US-based shipping — 3–4 days, coming soon. Same artwork, same care, far less waiting.

Standard shipping is free. Bundling orders into one batched shipment keeps the cost down — and we’d rather pass that saving to you than charge you to rush.

You’ll get an order confirmation right away, and a tracking number the moment your piece ships from New Jersey.

We ship worldwide. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility and aren’t collected at checkout.

Because everything is made to order, email us within 24 hours of ordering to change or cancel. After that, production may already be underway.
